I am so sorry for your loss, but please keep in mind that the bible says there will be a resurrection. Acts 24 : 15. Do you long to experience the joy of having a dead love one come to life again? God's word the bible gives us that wonderful hope namely, the prospect of living in a paradise on earth and seeing the resurrection of our dead loved ones. Luke 23 :43. The bible calls Jehovah God the creator of life and the source of life. Acts 17 :24, 25. Therefore, the One who gave life to all living creatures is certainly capable of restoring life to someone who has died . And in the future death will be no more. Rev 21 : 3, 4. I hope this spiritual message will give you some comfort in your time of sadness. Please visit jw.org.

We served together aboard USS GONZALEZ DDG 66, prior to his commission I knew him as Bobby. He was one of those Sailors that instantly won your respect. He was always smiling, always had a positive attitude. All of us that worked for him wanted to perform our very best because of his leadership style. God be with his family he truly was a good man!

When I first joined the Navy I was stationed in Japan where I met Bo. He took me under his wing and mentored me a lot on how to be a good officer and what it meant to be a leader. I'll admit that I wasn't always the best listener. But everything I was that was good as an officer, I learned from Bob

To Lloyd, you were very young when your father and I were close, but he spoke of you often and with pride. I never got to see him as a father since we were stationed in Japan together, but I know he loved you very much. I still think a lot about things he told me about being a father that worked and things he regretted.

Bob was like an older brother to me and as a friend, I could never have had a better one. He was there for me in some of the darkest times of my life. When I was in what felt like inconsolable state, Bob was there for me.

I am devastated, that such a good man is gone, but I am so grateful that I got to have him in my life. I will love and miss him forever. My thoughts and prayers are with his friends and family.

LCDR Page was my first supervisor in NATO and I can honestly say he is to this day still my favorite. Even if his own work was complete, he would not leave for the day until he was sure that I was also at a good stopping point and could leave as well. I will never forget him. My sincere condolences to the family. Bob will be missed by many.

My condolences go out to Robert's family, friends, and shipmates. Robert was my CSMO onboard GW, and he was a superb naval officer who carried out his duties professionally, timely, and correctly every time. He will most certainly be missed by all.

Our prayers go out to Bob's family. I served with then ET1 Page on USS GONZALEZ and sat on his LDO interview board. He was a gifted technician, natural leader and most importantly, a great person. I am proud to have served with him, and please know that his name will not be forgotten within the brotherhood of the Navy's LDO/CWO community. Rest In Peace, Bobby Page. We have the watch.

Bobby Page was not only one of my best memories from my time onboard the USS Gonzalez, but the best mentor a man could ask for. He was a best friend and it saddened me when we lost touch. I wish I would have found him before now. My respects to all his family. He was such a good person. God Bless you Bobby Page. You will be missed.

It was truly an honor to have worked with Bob the past two years. His strong desire to fix things that were broken made the Navy better. As word has spread of his passing it has become very apparent that he made a great impact on many Sailors and civilians alike. He was a bright, caring, humble person who will be truly missed. God bless you, Bob.
