William Charles Ruffer

William C. Ruffer age 90 went to be with our Lord on March 4, 2024. He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Josephine Higgins Ruffer and daughters Mary Jenkins (Willie), Sharon Holbrook (Jim), Judy Todd (Dave). He is also survived by 5 siblings Kay France, Gerald McSpadden, Barbara French, Rinda Barnett, Wanda Davis and seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. He retired from AT&T after 35 years and was an active member of the Church of Christ for 71 years. He will truly be missed by his countless family members and friends.

The family will have a visitation from 1:00-3:00 PM on Sunday, March 10, 2024 at Woodbury Funeral Home 504 W. Main Street, Woodbury, Tennessee 37190.  A funeral service will be held immediately following at the chapel of the funeral home.  Burial will follow the service at Riverside Cemetery Woodbury, Tennessee.
