Ronald Gail Paschal

Ronald Gail Paschal, age 79, of Readyville passed away Thursday, May 9, 2024 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital.  He was born to his parents, the late Reedy & Vernia Parker Paschal on September 18, 1944 in Cannon County.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Mary Nell Harrell Paschal of Readyville; Children, Debbie (David) Newman of Franklin & Alan Paschal of Readyville; Grandchildren, Alana (Bailey) Hale, Emily Newman, Sarah Newman, & Andrew Newman.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Reedy & Vernia Parker Paschal; and his brother, Wade Paschal.

Ronnie was a member of the New Hope Church of Christ and a Veteran of the United States Army.  He was self-employed.  Ronnie was always smiling, happy, and joking.  He was always ready to help anyone, never met a stranger, and loved spending time with his family.

Funeral Services will be at 2 PM Monday, May 13, 2024 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Herb Alsup & Bro. Ralph Richardson officiating.  Interment will follow Riverside Cemetery.  The family will receive friends for the visitation from 10 AM to 2 PM Monday, May 13, 2024.
