Norman Duane Gannon

Norman Duane Gannon, age 65, of Murfreesboro passed away Sunday, January 31, 2021 at St. Thomas West.  He was a native of Paris, IL.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy Pitts Gannon of Murfreesboro; Children, Miranda (Marshall) Sparkman of Murfreesboro & Brandon (Angie) Haghany of New Mexico; Grandchildren, Jaelyn, Melia, & Ainsley Sparkman; Brothers, James D. (Annette) Goins, Jr. of Winchester & Darrell Mayne (Mary Lou) Goins of Woodbury; and Uncle, James Hoyte Harris of Paris, IL.  Numerous nieces, nephews, & cousins also survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eura Norman & Mamie Mae Harris Gannon.

Duane was a member of the Baptist church.  He was a machinist at International Paper Company for 39 years and loved old cars.

Funeral Services will be at 2 PM Thursday, February 4, 2021 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Bud Mitchell officiating.  Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will be from 4 PM to 8 PM Wednesday, February 3, 2021.
