Michael Willie Lowery

Michael Willie Lowery, age 61, of Murfreesboro, passed away suddenly at his home Wednesday, December 24, 2025. Born in Rutherford County, Michael was the son of the late Robert Leroy and Fannie Bell Barrett Lowery. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Tammy Lowery; and brothers, Jimmy and Johnny Lowery.

He is survived by his siblings, Martha Cawthon, Robert Lowery, Grady (Lucy) Lowery, Thomas Lowery all of Murfreesboro and brother Jerry (Beth) Lowery of Arizona. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Michael was a member of Oaklands Restoration Fellowship, he attended Our Place and was a roofer.

Funeral Services will be at 1:00 pm Monday, December 29, 2025, in the chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Brother Jeremy Barrett officiating. Interment will follow at Manus Cemetery. His family will receive friends for visitation from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
