Michael Anthony Armstrong, Sr.

Michael Anthony Armstrong, Sr., age 59, passed away suddenly at his home on April 5, 2023.  

He was born to his parents, Arthur Armstrong & Joyce Robinson Armstrong on August 7, 1963 in Rutherford County.

Survivors include his daughter, Kristi Armstrong; Grandchildren, Colby, Carter, Camden, Tommy, Hudson, James, Edward, Knox, & Norah; Sister, Teresa Armstrong; Brothers, Larry & Mark Armstrong; and Niece & Nephew, Steven & Amber Armstrong.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Michael Armstrong, Jr.; and grandson, Aiden David.

Mike was hardworking and good with his hands.  He lived a simple and honest life.  He was a wonderful son, father, grandfather (Poppy), brother, uncle, and friend.  He was a man of few words.  He loved his kids and grandkids until the day he passed away.  He had a kind heart, smart, caring, and loyal.

Graveside Services will be at 1 PM on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at Robinson Ridge Cemetery with Bro. Charlie Gunter officiating.
