Mary Jane (Larmore) von Dwingelo

Mary Jane von Dwingelo, 69, passed away at her home in Woodbury, Monday, April 24, 2023.  Born in Norwalk, CT, she was the daughter of Mary Larmore of Port Henry, NY and the late Merton Larmore.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 54 years, John "Jack" von Dwingelo of Woodbury; children, John von Dwingelo of CT., Ron (Suzanna) von Dwingelo of Hampton, VA.; and Dawn (Carey) Shepard of McMinnville; grandchildren, Amber Lewis, John von Dwingelo, Erica & Eric von Dwingelo, Ralph Hall, Catherine Schmithini, Crystal Hebert, Oliva von Dwingelo, C.J. Shepard, Rachel Shepard and Shaleigha Shepard; siblings, Art Larmore, Ralph Larmore, Merton Larmore, Carol Larmore, Cindy Martin, Linda Larmore and Mike Larmore.  11 great grandchildren also survive.

A member of the Quebec Baptist church, she was a homemaker.  Mrs. von Dwingelo enjoyed selling Avon, knitting and making crafts.  She loved growing flowers and taking trips with her husband but she especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
