Mark Dennis Shaw

Mark Dennis Shaw, 70, of Morrison passed away suddenly at his home Monday, January 27, 2025. A native of Armada, MI., he was the son of the late Harold Shaw and Kathleen Welsh Shaw Paxton.

He is survived by his 4 children, Brandi McCabe and her husband, Dennis of Columbiaville, MI., Amber Kelley of Manchester, Kayla Transue of Morrison and Matt Shaw of Morrison; grandchildren, Henry Sosa, Cassi Trombly, Danny McCabe, Xavier Lowery, Kaydence Transue, Ava Kelley, Austin Transue, Emberly Shaw; great grandchildren, Emma and Tessa Sosa, Andi, Gini and Deni Trombly and the mother of his children, Natalie Shaw of Morrison.

A veteran Vietnam, he served in the United States Navy. He worked as a Boiler and Machinery Engineer. Mark had a passion for classic cars, motorcycle riding, and buggies. He cultivated numerous interests, including gardening, tinkering with various projects, and brewing craft beer and wine. Additionally, he enjoyed scrolling through Facebook and listening to music. Above all, he cherished spending time with his grandchildren and creating lasting memories with them.

Memorial visitation for Mr. Shaw will be Saturday, February 8, 2025 from 1:00 P.M. – 4;00 P.M. at Woodbury Funeral Home.
