Lonnie Marie Atnip

Lonnie Marie Atnip, age 42, of Woodbury passed away Saturday, November 29, 2025.  She was born on August 18, 1983 in Rutherford County.

She is survived by her daughter, Ashlynn Atnip of Murfreesboro; parents, Wanda (Ronald) Burnett Born of Woodbury; siblings, Shelia Pitts of Murfreesboro, Johnny Mitchell of Lascassas, Sandra Thomas of Murfreesboro, Mindy Mitchell of Kittrell, Sherry Gannon of Murfreesboro, & Brenda Trail of Murfreesboro.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lonnie Douglas Mofield.

Lonnie was a member of the Pentecostal church and was a CNA.  She enjoyed singing and music.

Funeral Services will be at 3 pm Wednesday, December 3, 2025 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Tony Burnett officiating.  Interment will follow at Gaither Cemetery.  Her family will receive friends for the visitation from 4 pm to 8 pm Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at Woodbury Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Lucas Stanley, Danny Pitts, Tyler Holt, Johnny Mitchell, Michael Atnip, Allen Stanley, & Caden Bevan.
