Kevin Daniel Hale, age 50, of Murfreesboro passed away at his home on Monday, March 3, 2025. He was born in Cannon County on May 20, 1974, and is the son of Dora Lawson and her husband, Ronald of Woodbury and Danny Hale and his wife, Susie of McMinnville.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Rebekah Hale of Murfreesboro; Son, Conor Hale & Daughter, Cora Hale both of Tucson, AZ; Brother, Adam (Dawn) Lawson of Woodbury, Sister, Dana (Billy) Sharp of Chattanooga; Father-in-law & Mother-in-law, Dwyot and Brenda Thornton of Ashland City; Stepmother, Lexine Hale of Chattanooga; Sister-in-law, Sandra Kay Patterson of Ashland City; Brothers-in-law, Michael Green of Georgetown, KY, Dwyot Thornton, Jr. of Tuscumbia, AL. Numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.
Kevin had quite an impressive and diverse background. As a bank manager, his professional life involved a lot of responsibility and leadership. Kevin loved his community and was involved with the World Outreach Church. He was involved for several years with the Peace Corps, traveling multiple places. Kevin had a passion for physical fitness and would compete in MidTN MultiSport. He had the dedication to finish a Half Ironman race in Chattanooga. Kevin had a vibrant smile and a loving heart for everyone who knew him.
Funeral Services will be at 2 PM Saturday, March 8, 2025 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Cody Patterson officiating. His family will receive friends for his visitation on Friday, March 7, 2025, from 4 PM to 8 PM and Saturday 11 AM until time of service at 2:00 PM at Woodbury Funeral Home.
