Homer Junior Curtis, age 92, of Woodbury passed away Thursday, December 5, 2024 at Woodbury Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born to his parents, the late Willie Lee & Nettie Lawson Curtis in Dekalb Co. on June 1, 1932.
He is survived by his children, Randy & Kerri Curtis and Alesia Smith; Grandchildren, Brittany (Jonathan) Bounlisavong, Jodie (Nick) Lester, & Curt (April) Smith; Great Grandchildren, Jonah, Karsyn, Callum, Bentlee, Ford, & Anniyah; and his Brother, Joe Dorris (Sue) Curtis. Also surviving are 2 nephews and 3 great nephews.
Mr. Curtis was a veteran of the Army where he served in the Korean War and was a member of the Baptist faith. He worked in the healthcare industry for many years and was a farmer.
A private service will be held at a later for Mr. Curtis.
