Genevieve Fox

Genevieve Fox, 83, of Woodbury passed away Thursday, February 15, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Carlos and Hassie Harris Burroughs.

She is survived by her son, Davis (Brianne) Fox of LaVergne; daughter, Dana (Blain) Myers of Murfreesboro; Grandchildren, Faith (Peter) Melloy, Hayden Fox, Brooke Myers, Tawnna Beavers, Trapper Franklin, and Maren Franklin. Also surviving are great grandchildren, Theo Beavers, McKay Fox Mulloy, and Beckett Beavers.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dallas Lee Fox; and brother, Claude Burroughs.

She was a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and educator.

Graveside services were held Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Riverside Gardens cemetery for her immediate family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Ms. Fox.
