Alice Winniebee Hamilton, 72, of Murfreesboro passed away, Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at Ascension St. Thomas of Murfreesboro. She was born in Kokomo, IN., the daughter of the late Leo Franklin Miller and Ruby Faye Ryker Miller.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Myron Hamilton of Murfreesboro; her daughters, Kristi (James) Pheifer, Betsy (Chris) Robinson, Mary (Brian) Hoskins, and Amanda (Dustin) Martinez; her grandchildren, Ella (Will), Ethan, Carter, Peyton (Hallie), Allan (Rebecca), Arianna, Katelynn (Jon), Zachary, Reed, Maximus and Zoey; her great grandson, Timothy and her siblings, Leo Franklin Miller, Carolyn Cooley, John Miller, Katherine Browning and Sharon Miller.
Mrs. Hamilton was a member of the Christian Life Church and was a homemaker. She was devoted to the children and youth ministry at Community Bible Study for the last 17 years.She was a very talented artist. She also hosted "Nana Camp" every Summer for her grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life service will be held January 3, 2026 at 3 pm at Christian Life Church, 745 Cason Lane., Murfreesboro, TN 37128. A memorial visitation will be from 1 to 3 pm.
Per Mrs. Hamilton's request, she requested no one to wear black because this is a time of celebrating and not mourning.
