Sammy S. Blakely, 78, passed away Thurs, April 6, 2017 at Stonecrest Medical Center.  He lived in LaVergne and was a native of Sumnar Co.

He is survived by special friends, Danny & Rhonda Brown, Christopher & Christy Brown all of Woodbury.

Mr. Blakely was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest & Eva Blakely and his special friend, Lynn Brown. Sammy was a member of the Church of Christ and was an Auto Mechanic.

Funeral Services will be 3 pm Sunday, April 9, 2017 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with visitation from 1 pm until 3 pm. Interment will follow in the Woods Cemetery.
