Russell James Farless, age 52, of Woodbury passed away after a sudden illness in Terre Haute, Indiana.  He was a native of Rutherford Co.

Survivors include his wife, Teresa Stembridge Farless of Woodbury; Parents, Juanita Ensey Farless of Woodbury & George Farless of Bradyville; Children, Antonia Colleen Farless, Lindsey Farless, & Kacey Cooper, all of Woodbury and Holly (Dale) Rogers of Rock Island; Grandchildren, Porter Bond, Abe & Kendal Rogers; Sister, Debra (Joey) Grandey of Bradyville; Special Sister, Connie Phillips; Nephew, Alan (Becky) Harrell of Woodbury; Great Nephew, Karter Harrell; Aunts & Uncles, Don & Peggy Brandon of Murfreesboro and Linda & Bill Cook of Michigan; and Cousins, Sandy & Lee Turner of Michigan.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leonard & Maude Ensey and Joe & Thelma Farless; brother, Jeff Farless; and grandchildren, Justus Ryan Light and Alexis Marie Brown.

Mr. Farless was a member of the Church of Christ and was a car hauler for Jack Cooper Transportation.  He enjoyed grilling, eating, entertaining, but most of all enjoyed life.

Funeral services will be at 2 PM Sunday, March 12, 2017 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Kenneth Rogers & Bro. Herb Alsup officiating.  Interment will follow at Center Hill Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will be from 2 to 8 PM Saturday, March 11, 2017 at the funeral home.
