Keith David Smith

Keith David Smith, 52, of Woodbury died suddenly August 13, 2018 from injuries following an auto accident on Halls Hill Pike.

 
He is survived by his wife, Susan Hale Smith of Woodbury; daughter, Chelsea Smith of Woodbury; mother, Christine Lack Carter of Woodbury; granddaughter,  Alyiah Grace Smith; stepdaughter, Jessie Rasha Arnold; stepsons, Brian Tidenburg and Joseph Lance; stepbrother, Russell Carter of Murfreesboro.
 
He was preceded in death by his father, Frank David Smith and Stepfather, Maurice Carter.  Keith was a member of the Plainview Baptist church and worked in construction.
 
Funeral Services will be 3 pm Friday, August 17, 2018 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Jonathan Womack officiating.  Interment will follow in the Riverside Gardens.  Visitation with the family will be from 4 pm until 9 pm Thursday, August 16, 2018.
