James Stacy, Jr.

   James Stacy, Jr., age 74, died Friday August 31, 2018 at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro following an extended illness.  He was a native of Cannon County, a member of the Baptist Church and a retired construction worker.  He was preceeded in death by his parents, Abe Stacy & Cassie Mae Simmons Stacy and a sister, Eva Jean Stacy Potter.

   James is survived by his siblings, Clyde Ray Stacy, Ruby Stacy Best, Alice Stacy Parker, Sally Stacy Cantrell, and Viva Stacy Medders.  Also surviving are several nieces & nephews.

   Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday September 4, 2018 at Gilley Hill Cemetery with Bro. James Caudill officiating.  Visitation will be from 12:30 to 1:30 PM Tuesday at Woodbury Funeral Home.
