Eva Maria Davenport Underwood, 44, passed away Monday, Feb. 6, 2017 at St. Thomas Stones River. She was a native of Cannon Co., TN. and the daughter of the late James Nile & Iris Mackie Davenport.
She is survived by her husband, Junior L. Underwood of Bradyville; Son, Elijah Joshua Underwood of Bradyville; Brothers, Martin Ray (Donna) Davenport and Chris Davenport both of Woodbury; Mother-in-law, Mary Ann (Frank) Simmons.
Nephews, Josh (Holly) Davenport, Bryan (Kacy) Davenport and Nathan Davenport; Best Friends, Deborah & Charlie Cantrell.
In addition to her parents, Eva was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Bud Underwood. She was a homemaker and member of the Woodbury Church of Christ. If you knew Eva you knew a kind soul who was always smiling, always laughing and always loving.
Funeral services will be 11 am Friday, February 10, 2017 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Herb Alsup and Bro. Charlie Gunter officiating. Interment will follow in the Thyatira Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 4 pm until 9 pm Thursday, February 9, 2017.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Woodbury Funeral Home to help the family with funeral expenses.
