Della Fernese Harrell Cooper, 83, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2017 at Manchester Health Care.  A native of Coffee Co., Mrs. Cooper was preceded in death was preceded in death by her parents, T.C. Harrell and Annie Pearl Brown Harrell and her husband, Calvin Cooper.  

She is survived by her daughter, Diana Mitchell of Manchester, TN., 2 Grandchildren, Heather (Marvin) Turner of Morrison and George “Punkin” Cole, III of Manchester; 4 Great Grandchildren,  Kevin, Nick & Dalton Turner and Hope Cook; Sister, Lorene Rackley of McMinnville and Brother, John Harrell of Manchester.
 
Della loved to play bingo and go to the beauty shop on Fridays. 

Funeral services will be 2 pm Saturday, February 18, 2017 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in the Ivy Bluff Cemetery, Cannon Co.  Visitation with the family will be Friday, February 17, 2017 from 4 to 8 pm.
