Brian Lee Prater

Brian Lee Prater, age 44, of McMinnville passed away Thursday, December 26, 2019 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital.  He was a native of Rutherford Co.

Survivors include his Mother, Carol Woodward Goodwin of McMinnville; Father, Donnie Prater of McMinnville; 4 Daughters:  Audra (John) Gourley of IN, Hannah (Henry) Bibb of NC, Kirsty (Taylor) Harmon of TN and Morgan Prater of TN; 3 Grandchildren, Lyla & Reed Gourley and Henry Bibb;  2 Brothers, Neil Prater of Florida & Keith Prater of McMinnville.

He worked in concrete construction.

Funeral Services will be 11 AM Monday, December 30, 2019 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home. Interment will be at Ivy Bluff Cemetery in Warren Co. Visitation will be from 9 AM until the time of service at 11 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Woodbury Funeral Home to help the family with funeral expenses.
