Betty (King) West

Betty King West, 74, who passed away Thursday, February 28, 2019 at her home in Murfreesboro.  She was a native of Auburntown.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Ronald West of Murfreesboro; 3 Sons, Scott (Leisa) West of Winchester, Mike (Teresa) West of Beech Grove and Gary (Melinda) West of Kittrell; sisters,  Martha King Taylor of Woodbury and Nancy Trail of Bradyville; grandchildren, Sarah, Brittany and Brent West; great grandchildren:  Ryan, Tyler and Rylee West.
 
She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnny Lofton King and Ruth Martin King Groom.  Betty was a member of the Woodbury 1st Baptist church and was retired after 30 years from Central State where she was an LPN.
 
Funeral Services will be 2 pm Sunday, March 3, 2019 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Dean Anderson officiating.  Interment will follow in the Prosperity Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will be from 4 pm to 8 pm Saturday, March 02, 2019.
