Shelah Donald "Donnie" Curtis, age 68, of Woodbury passed away Sunday, August 28, 2016 at Vanderbilt Hospital.  He was a native of Cannon County.

Survivors include his wife, Iretta Miller Curtis of Woodbury; son and daughter-in-law, Kelly & Jessica Curtis of Woodbury; 3 Grandchildren, Cameron (Hailey) Curtis of Woodbury, Ada, & Audrey Curtis of Woodbury; Brother, Randy (Barbara) Curtis of Woodbury; Sisters-in-law, Dorothy Norris of Murfreesboro, Vennita Davis of Alexandria, & Helen Hall Miller of Woodbury; and Brother-in-law, Billy Francis of Woodbury. Also surviving are close friends, Wayne & Michael Underhill.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Don & Ruth Jetton Curtis; brother- & sister-in-law, Wrelv & Helen Mears; and brother-in-law, Jr. Miller.

Mr. Curtis was a member of the Center Hill Brethren in Christ Church and was a mechanic and truck driver. He loved his wife and friends the most.  He also enjoyed old cars, tractors, and semi-trucks.

Funeral services will be 4 PM Wednesday, August 31, 2016 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Steffee & Bro. Greg Mitchell officiating.  Interment will follow at Wood Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will be from 4 to 8 PM Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at the funeral home.
