Jenny Mae Morris Rose, 87, passed away Thursday, January 04, 2017 at Woodbury Health Care Center.  She was a native of Cannon Co.     

She is survived by her son, Charles of Alabama and Daughter, Joie of S.C.; Sisters, Minnie Fite of Woodbury and Oleta Guthmiller of Chattanooga; Brother, Hal Morris of Chattanooga; Several nieces and nephews also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thel Morris & Sarah Frances Young Morris.

Ms. Rose was a member of the Church of Christ and was a retired Secretary at Oak Ridge Gaseous Diffusion Plant and also Oak Ridge National Laboratory. After retirement, she owned Jenny Rose Antiques.

Graveside Services will be held in the Riverside Gardens at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, January 7, 2017 with Bro. Herb Alsup officiating.  Visitation with the family will be Friday, January 6, 2017 from 4 to 8 pm.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Cancer Society.
