Gearl Foster, 79, of South Lyon, MI passed away Sunday, May 07, 2017 following an extended illness.

He is survived by his sons, Stephen (Lisa) Foster of South Lyon, MI. and Brian Foster of Romulus, MI.; brothers, Ronnie (Faye) Foster & Nile Foster all of Woodbury; Grandchildren, Joseph Williams & Alysha Foster. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
 
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert & Inice Sissom Foster; brothers, Harold, Troy, Larry & Leon Foster.
 
Mr. Foster was a retired truck driver and he loved to fish.

Funeral Services will be 2 pm Thursday, May 11, 2017 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Greg Mitchell officiating.  Interment will follow in the Gilley Hill Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will be from 10 am until 2 pm Thursday, May 11, 2017.
