Cindy Armstrong Sherrell, 37, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017 at St. Thomas Stones River E/R. She was a native of Rutherford Co.

She is survived by her mother, Linda Armstrong Sherrell of Woodbury; Aunts, Sue Beth (James) Maxwell and Virginia Morton of Woodbury, Lois (Norman) Sissom of Lebanon; Cousins, Susan Knox, Jennifer Gay, Ramona Crutcher, Arlene Carmouche, N.D. & Lyle Sissom, Jimmy Morton and Valerie Brewer; Very Special Friend, John Parker of Dekalb Co.; Special Dog,  LaQweesha Lynn.

Cindy was preceded in death by her dad, Donald Sherrell, Uncles and Aunt, McQuade & Ruth Armstrong and Dudley Morton. She was a member of the Church of Christ and a Baptist. Cindy worked on a farm and took care of horses.  She loved animals and had an angelic voice.
 

Graveside Services will be 3 pm Friday, February 24, 2017 at Riverside Cemetery  with  Bro. Jonathon Womack officiating.  Visitation with the family will be from 12 noon until 2:45 pm Friday, Feb. 24, 2017.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cannon Co. High School or Woodbury Grammar School Libraries.
