Christine Melton Bogle, 92, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Woodbury Health Care. She was a native of Cannon County. 

She is survived by her sons, Harold (Faye) Bogle of Woodbury, and Ronny (Jan) Bogle of Wichita, Kansas; grandchildren, Tom & Tim Bogle, John Bogle & Katrina McCaffery, and Aaron & Jason Blake. Also surviving are 7 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, friends and caregivers at Woodbury Health Care. 

She was a member of the Baptist Church and a homemaker. 

Ms. Bogle was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Jefferson and Bulah King Melton; husband, Willie Clarence "Snooks" Bogle; brothers, Wiley Grey, Emerson "Jim", and Medford McKnight; and sisters, Hesta Todd, Elizabeth Olson, and Thelma Fann. 

Graveside services will be 2 PM Tuesday, May 3, at Sycamore Cemetery with Bro. Nathan Hale officiating. Visitation with the family will be 3 to 8 PM Monday, May 2 at Woodbury Funeral Home.
