Charlotte Barrett Edwards Wimley, 81, passed away Thurs., December 07, 2017 at St. Thomas Rutherford.  A native of Auburntown, TN., she lived in Woodbury.

She is survived by her son, Tim Edwards of Woodbury; daughter, Shirley Edwards of Cowan; step-son, David Wimley of Winchester; sisters,  Jean (Ray) Melton of Thompson Station, Joyce (David) Fuller of Estill Springs, Marie Groom of Cane Ridge and Brenda Witty of Woodbury; 7 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren also survive.
 
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie & Willette Mathis Barrett; husband, Addison Edwards; Son, Jerry Edwards and brother, Charles Barrett, Jr.
 
A member of the Dillon St. Baptist Church, Charlotte was a homemaker. She loved flowers but most of all she loved her family.
 
Funeral Services will be 2 pm Sunday in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Ray Patrick officiating.  Interment will follow in the Sycamore Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will be from 9 am till 2 pm Sunday, December 10, 2017.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Woodbury Funeral Home 615-563-2311or www.woodburyfuneralhome.net to leave condolences for the family.
