Carol Sue Watts Phann, 75, Thursday, January 18, 2018 passed away in Henderson, KY following an extended illness.  She was a native of Ponset Co., AR.

She is survived by her daughters, Kay Phann of Henderson, KY and Melissa Phann Rains of Woodbury; Grandchildren,  Emily Fare & Lindsay Miller both of Henderson, KY, Miranda (Nick) Vecchio of Mt. Juliet, Jesse (Kylie) Rains of Woodbury, Jessica Phann, Julie Phann & Matt Phann all of Eagleville; Siblings, Jr. (Rose) Watts & Bud (Vicky) Watts both of Woodbury, John (Alecia) Watts of TX, Ann Ferguson of Statesville and Ruth Ashford of Watertown. Also surviving are 10 Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Pleas & Lucy Maggart Watts; her husband, Winters Phann; son, Winters Phann, Jr., brothers:  Oris, Dewey, Felix & David Watts, Mandy Watts & Linda Hamlet.   

She was a member of the Sunny Hills Baptist Church and a retired seamstress at Auburntown Garment Factory.  She was a wonderful wife, mother and homemaker.   

Funeral Services will be 1 pm Monday, January 22, 2018 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. John Jones officiating.  Interment will follow in the Mt. Holly Cemetery in  Smithville.  Visitation with the family will be from 3 to 9 PM Sunday, January 21, 2018.
